Embroidery initially requires a set-up fee, if anything is ‘custom’ as LOGOs often are!
After this first step is done, you ‘own’ that DST file (and the supporting files) that was created for you, and if you need it, we’ll be happy to email the files to you! Also, when this step is complete, we know how many stitches it will take to sew the logo for you.
The exact cost of sewing on the garment (yours or ours) is determined by the amount of stitches the logo is, and that we know after the set-up is completed.
It’s not always possible to estimate how much it might be, before we begin the set-up.
